Since 2015, the Tetherow Breast Cancer Awareness Tournament has grown from a small gathering of 10 golfers into one of Bend’s most impactful community events. This October, the tournament celebrates its 11th anniversary, continuing a tradition of friendship, resilience, and philanthropy.
What began as a way for breast cancer survivors and supporters to come together has blossomed into a sold-out event with more than 120 participants and a waitlist. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, players, and donors, the tournament has contributed over $125,000 to Sara’s Project through the St. Charles Foundation. Each year, the event raises approximately $35,000 to fund education, early detection, and support services for those affected by breast cancer in Central Oregon.
Join us on Tuesday, October 7, from 8 AM to 2 PM, at Tetherow Golf Club for a day of golf, community, and purpose. This year’s tournament is proudly sponsored by The Ladd Group.
