These buyers were looking for a community with space between homes in a neighborhood with an HOA that took care of landscaping and common spaces. After dialing in their ideal neighborhood they decided on Timber Ridge. In the process of our search I was able to deliver relevant sales and market data to help them understand how competitive the market was so we had a strategy in placing an offer on the home they wanted. We were able to negotiate a below ask price while getting repair items completed prior to close so it was move-in ready and closed quickly. 

A year after the purchase due to health issues they needed to sell the home in order to move closer to family. They moved to CO quickly without moving anything but personal items. As a retired couple with limited physical ability the LG supported in getting movers into the home, having it cleaned and prepped for listing. This process required a considerable amount of communication with the sellers who were in a difficult life change and ultimately sold it for the price we had targeted prior to listing.
