The Ladd Group assumed responsibility for the developer sales program at Tetherow in 2013. Given the team’s background in development and project-level sales, we created and implemented a robust sales program for Tetherow. This multifaceted program included a detailed marketing plan, agent messaging and education, builder-integration, oversight of real estate marketing, and most importantly, a powerful sales team that lives and breathes Tetherow seven days a week.
