It has been another busy and exciting year in real estate for Tetherow. Over $70,000,000 of property has changed hands and the project has reached critical mass and truly become a full-fleged resort community. Developer position in land is becoming quite scarce and the resale of both homes and land are becoming the dominant factor on the sales volume.
