In the spring, the magic of the Tigard Balloon Festival brought hot air balloons drifting overhead, and winter was made even more special by the festive car parades along Ibach Street, glowing with holiday lights.While we will miss these moments dearly, we are so grateful for the memories they have given us. Now, we look forward to passing this cherished home to its next owners, knowing that they, too, will experience the warmth, joy, and sense of community that make this place so special.This home has a brand new deck in 2024, the water heater, refrigerator, and dishwasher were replaced in 2023, hardwoods were refinished in 2022, new exterior paint and gutters in 2021, sprinkler heads and HVAC were replaced in 2020.
